Advanced-Stage Development

The Marimaca Oxide Deposit is a unique development-stage copper asset with a clear pathway to near-term production. The 2025 Definitive Feasibility Study confirmed robust project economics and industry-leading capital intensity, while the key Environmental Approval (RCA) is already secured, fast-tracking the permitting process for the project.

District-Scale Growth Potential

Beyond the flagship MOD, Marimaca controls a large land package with outstanding exploration and resource growth potential, both at the deposit itself and on a district scale. The Company is targeting an increase in project scale through continued resource growth, with the Pampa Medina sulphide discovery already displaying significant scale and grade that point to further upside.

‘Green Copper’ Development

Marimaca is targeting the development of a genuine “green copper” project, with carbon emissions targets that would place the operation in the first quartile of global copper mine site emissions intensity. A permit for a recycled seawater plant has already been secured, reflecting the Company’s commitment to responsible development.

Tier 1 Jurisdiction, Low Execution Risk

Marimaca’s assets are located in northern Chile, a jurisdiction consistently rated among the most attractive in the world for copper mining. The Project’s proximity to first-class infrastructure and utilities supports efficient development and reduces execution risk relative to more remote or higher-risk jurisdictions.
