Continued De-risking of the Marimaca Oxide Deposit (MOD)
With the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) complete, environmental approval secured and financing workstreams ongoing, the MOD is well advanced. Detailed engineering is ongoing and is supporting our advancement towards a final investment decision. The Company believes that the anticipated 50ktpa production profile from the MOD represents a starting point, with a clear ambition to increase copper cathode production to over 70ktpa within the next five years.
Unlock the Scale of Pampa Medina
Recent exploration success at the Pampa Medina deposit has confirmed the discovery of a potentially significant new copper system, with high-grade continuity demonstrated over hundreds of metres and strong potential for both oxide and sulphide expansion. Exploration programs are underway to further define the scale, controls, and growth potential of the deposit, which is increasingly viewed as a cornerstone of Marimaca’s long-term expansion strategy beyond the initial MOD development.
Integrate the District
Marimaca is pursuing a “hub-and-spoke” development plan to define future satellite oxide resource potential. A centralised processing facility will handle ore from multiple deposits, with development targeted at the Pampa Medina and Madrugador oxides to grow cathode production and increase mine life. In addition, the exploration of oxide extensions at depth and along strike, and sulphide potential below the oxides at the MOD, is being explored.

Marimaca is advancing a series of key workstreams across both the MOD and exploration. These span detailed design and engineering, site early works, project financing and drilling at Pampa Medina.
