Nicole Porcile
Ms. Porcile is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Marimaca Copper. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mining, industrial and government sector, both nationally and internationally. Specializing in compliance and socio-environmental management, she combines strategic vision and negotiation and execution capacity, with a focus on managing relevant stakeholders in large-scale industries.
Ms. Porcile is the founder and Managing Partner of ANAGEA, a leading Chilean socio-environmental advisory firm advising major mining companies on permitting, compliance and community relations. In her various leadership positions at the world’s leading mining companies, such as Antofagasta Minerals and CODELCO, she has developed socio-environmental assessments for investment and asset acquisition projects across five continents and led negotiations in high-conflict situations, developing innovative plans and implementing systematic improvements to environmental and social management standards.
She is an Agronomic Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) and M. Sc. Planning (Environmental Design) from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
