Flora Lo
Ms. Lo joined Marimaca Copper in July 2026 as Corporate Secretary. Flora has extensive experience supporting publicly listed mining companies. Prior to joining Marimaca Copper, she held corporate secretarial and governance roles supporting companies listed on the TSX, NYSE American and TSX Venture Exchange in relation to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and corporate transactions within and beyond the Silvercorp group.
Previously, Flora served as contract Government Counsel with the Hong Kong Department of Justice and practised as a solicitor with law firms in Hong Kong, including Deacons.
Flora holds a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Economics. She is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and The Law Society of England and Wales and was awarded a Chevening Scholarship by the UK Government.
