June 15, 2017, Vancouver, Canada – Marimaca Copper Corp, (“Marimaca Copperor the Company”) (TSX:COP) is pleased to report that all of the nominees listed in its information circular dated May 8, 2017 were re-elected as directors of Marimaca Copperat the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, British Columbia on Thursday, June 15, 2017 (the “Meeting”).

The detailed results of the votes received by proxy and voted at the Meeting are listed below.

Following, the meeting the Company also appointed Luis Tondo as a Director of the Company, consistent with the Company’s news release dated June 12, 2017 and appointed Colin Kinley as Chairman of the Board.
