Marimaca is an exciting TSX-listed copper company. The Company’s flagship asset is the Marimaca Copper Project in Chile’s Antofagasta region. It is one of the few greenfield copper discoveries made globally in the last decade, and is a low risk project, with substantial exploration potential.

Our vision is to create significant value for our shareholders and stakeholders alike. We hope to achieve this with a dual strategy of realizing the full potential of our flagship Marimaca Copper Project, which has the promise to become one of the most significant copper‐oxide discoveries in recent years, and explore for multiple large scale Marimaca Copper Project style targets, including a possible new IOCG district.

The Marimaca Copper Project is recognized as one of the most important copper deposits in Chile in last decade. It represents a new type of deposit which challenges accepted exploration wisdom and may open up new frontiers for discoveries elsewhere in the country. Marimaca is hosted by intrusive rocks while the numerous mantle deposits in the same region are hosted by volcanics.

With a lack of new copper exploration discoveries in Chile, the Marimaca Copper Project is a high-profile development project, owing to its location in the coastal belt at low elevation, close to Antofagasta and Mejillones. This prime location could enable the future development of this high margin copper project at a relatively low capital investment. Marimaca would benefit from nearby first class existing infrastructure and utilities which ensures a lower execution risk.

The Company’s shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol MARI.
